Mondays 28 February, 7, 14, 21 and 28 March 2022- 4:30pm to 6pm, £100 for five weeks.
This course is for children 8 years old and over
This course is suitable for children with an interest in all forms of art. These classes provide the opportunity for students to discover their artistic talent and try a variety of painting, drawing and other techniques using various mediums including pencil, charcoal, pastels watercolours and mixed
media. Small class (maximum 8 – see below).
Workshop participant numbers will be capped at 6 people/households to retain small group numbers and allow for separation for CoVid safety.
We will ask you to remain at the table space that you’ll have allocated and remain seated when working. You will have all the tools needed at your table to work away and have fun. There will be plenty of demonstrations by the tutor and help to create your artwork as needed.
Please note that we will be observing social distancing whilst trying to make this as normal a workshop as possible. Bring your own face mask (if you are over 11). Hand sanitiser is available throughout the day. Do not attend if you, or members of your household, feel unwell or have CoVid-like symptoms. In any case we will be following the government guidance for children activities outdoors and if the guidance changes, we’ll be bound to observe it as necessary.
Please note that a ticketing fee of £5 is included in the price of this workshop and this is not refundable in any circumstance.
If you are unable to attend the workshop and you cancel your attendance more than two weeks prior to the workshop, the ticketing fee above will be retained. If you cancel less than two weeks before the workshop no fees are refundable.
In the event of City Arts having to cancel the workshop due to participants’ numbers falling below the minimum requirement or government advice changes, we will refund the whole workshop amount.
