November 2021 update

City Arts Newbury is looking forward to Christmas 2021

We are now gearing up towards the longer creative nights of winter. In November 2021 we are starting the final set of the year of both Art Kids classes on Mondays with Sarah Moorcroft and Clay Skills on Tuesdays with Katherine Kingdon. They run for five weeks in November.

We are also the Free Budding Artists sessions for toddlers (3 to 5 years) with Maria Lewis (Wednesdays mornings) and Charlotte Adcock (Thursday mornings) – please book your free space for one or more of the sessions. Give it a go!

Our first set of free Creative Tuesdays sessions for the over 65s living alone continue, we have some gaps here and there so do let us know if you fancy coming along and having a go at some creative endeavours – we try something new every week (with different tutors).

And we will be running a Community event making a Community Snow Flake tree (to decorate City Arts) on Sun 17 November where will learn to make paper snowflakes with Adriana Roberts. The tree will be displayed as well during our Artisan Christmas Fair weekends at the end of November where we welcome back a great selection of artists and artisans to City Arts selling their wares, come along, join in the festive spirit and join our Christmas raffle with beautiful arty prizes.

Also available for booking are our various Christmas themed workshops in November and December 2021.

Don’t forget to keep checking the website as we add workshops as we get them confirmed with the tutors.

At all times we will implementing our safety measures regarding CoVid to ensure we help to minimise the spread of the virus and we’ll follow the appropriate guidance.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
