Layered Coloured Papercuts

One day papercut workshop with Adriana Roberts.

Sunday 17 October 2021, 10am to 4pm, £50 (£5 off with your own kit)

In this layered papercutting workshop, you’ll learn lots of techniques including cutting, layering and framing your wonderful masterpiece, ready to take home. You can choose your favourite template to cut on the day and will receive lots of advice, tips and tricks of the trade from Adriana in a friendly and fun atmosphere. You will be given a kit which you can take home, with everything you need.

You don’t need to be an expert paper cutter to take part (nor have ever even used a craft knife!), just enthusiastic – whilst we share a cuppa and biscuits!

You will be given a kit which you can take home, with everything you need, including:

  • Craft knife
  • Spare blades
  • Cutting mat
  • Coloured paper
  • A specially designed exercise sheet
  • Your template of choice
  • A frame for your own amazing 3D, layered masterpiece

If you have your own papercutting kit (craft knife, blades and cutting matt) and want to bring it to use on the day, you get a £5 discount. To get the discount send us an e-mail to info@cityartnewbury.co.uk and we’ll issue a special booking code.

Participant numbers and social distancing

Workshop participant numbers will be capped at 6 people to retain small group numbers.

Please note that we will be observing social distancing whilst trying to make this as normal a workshop as possible.  Bring your own face mask.  Do not attend if you, or members of your household, feel unwell or have CoVid-like symptoms.  In any case we will be following the government guidance for our activities outdoors and if the guidance changes, we’ll be bound to observe it as necessary. 

Cancellation policy.

Please note that a ticketing fee of £2 is included in the price of this workshop and this is not refundable in any circumstance.

If you are unable to attend the workshop and you cancel your attendance more than two weeks prior to the workshop, the ticketing fee above will be retained.  If you cancel less than two weeks before the workshop no fees are refundable.

In the event of City Arts having to cancel the workshop due to participants’ numbers falling below the minimum requirement or government advice changes, we will issue a full refund.
